The service was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The dining experience was good with gluten-free bread available, but could have been a little more varied. The location couldn't have been better, close to various tourist attractions and the Metro.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The room, although coming with a cot and a great breakfast, had a really musty smell that persisted every time I returned. However, the building across from the hotel offered a complete change - luxurious with a separate shower area, a significant upgrade from the small cubicle in our room.
